GRP - Fiberglass

Basic and cheapest version is GFK fiberglass. Thanks to the precision of employees in handmade production and the emphasis on the quality of these products, they have perfect flexibility, durability and low weight. Composition - UV stable white gelcoat (not paint), fiberglass mat and fiberglass cloth impregnated with resin. In the stressed and susceptible places to break the parts are reinforced by Kevlar-Carbon layers as needed, or Coremat for the seats. Parts are flexible and have mostly a smooth surface.   • Thanks to the same "chassis" (frame and rear swing-arm and rear frame) it is possible to install a ZX6R 2009-2012 fairings on the model & nbsp; 636 2013-.
  • In this conversion, it is necessary to replace the original tachometer holder (front bracket) and airduct also for parts from the ZX6R model 09-12. We supply these parts in this set.

    - The only mantle modification on fairings is necessary to fit the tank cover in the front, which we will also prepare for you if you order tank cover from us.
    - common  adjustment of the bottom part, for example, using an Akrapovic exhaust where you need to cut out (cut a larger opening at the end of the lower part, on right part)
    - As an additional standard adjustment like most other models, it is necessary to cut the original underlay plastic that holds the battery etc. in the original it is too wide for a 1-piece racing seat. (the plastic must be cut as it is on the photo, longitudinally according to the underframe frame)
  • 4-6 (quick) fasteners are required to connect the Upper part to the Lower part.
  • Our fairings use stock mounting points and most parts have drilling points clearly indicated on the fairing.
