GRP Racing

Lightweight version GRP-fiberglass. This design was developed on testing and requirements of the elite teams in the prestigious race series. With these products, we focus on the lowest weight, while maintaining maximum flexibility. They are lighter than standard GRP parts. In the stressed and susceptible places to break the parts are reinforced by Kevlar-Carbon or Coremat for the seats. The material used fiberglass, Kevlar-Carbon, white gelcoat and resin.
Why GFK - fiberglass Racing? - For anyone who wants to reduce the weight to the maximum. Weight comparable to carbon parts. Suitable for racing teams or individuals. Made for paint job.

Installation

  • 11 (quick) fasteners are required to connect the Upper part with side parts and Oil sump.
  • Our fairings use stock mounting points and most parts have drilling points clearly indicated on the fairing.
  • Thanks to the proposed design and the division of the fairing on fewer parts than the orig. ABS plastic considerably easier assembly.

Technical specifications

This is a racing complete set for circuit, important for the replacement ofthe original ABS plastics.

  • The upper part, side parts and oil sump are not compatible with the original parts, only themselves to each other.
  • Low weight, flexibility, durability, thanks to the combination of composite materials and precise manual production.
  • Several layers of Kevlar-Carbon reinforcements for extra durability.
  • Upper part can be used with the original screen.
  • Our Bottom racing parts and racing oil pan are capable according to the technical rules to accommodate 4 liters of oil.

  • Better storability (place in the van is never enough)
  • The possibility to exchange only side parts after the fall
