Materials / design

GRP - Fiberglass

Basic and cheapest version is GFK fiberglass. Thanks to the precision of employees in handmade production and the emphasis on the quality of these products, they have perfect flexibility, durability and low weight. Composition - UV stable white gelcoat (not paint), fiberglass mat and fiberglass cloth impregnated with resin. In the stressed and susceptible places to break the parts are reinforced by Kevlar-Carbon layers as needed, or Coremat for the seats. Parts are flexible and have a smooth surface. Are made for painting.
Why GFK- fiberglass? For example those who want to put fairings on for the circuit at low cost. Or inexpensively replace a precious piece (broken) original.

GRP Racing

Lightweight version GRP. This design was developed on testing and requirements of the elite teams in the prestigious race series. With these products, we focus on the lowest weight, while maintaining maximum flexibility. They are lighter than conventional GRP parts. In the stressed and susceptible places to break the parts are reinforced by Kevlar-Carbon or Coremat for the seats. The material used fiberglass, Kevlar-Carbon, white or transparent gel and resin.
Why GFK - fiberglass Racing? - For anyone who wants to reduce the weight to the maximum. Weight comparable to carbon parts. Suitable for racing teams or individuals, which paint their racing fairings.

Performance

With these products, we focus on the lowest weight, while maintaining maximum flexibility and abrasion resistance. Composition - Carbon-Kevlar fabric into the white gelcoat. Carbon

These products consist of a transparent gelcoat and carbon fabric and resin used here is different than GRP parts. The components are lightweight and stronger than GRP. Weight reduction compared to GRP is about 30-50%. The parts are polished to a high gloss, for the carbon fiber to stand out. Note: (Engine covers, frame covers, swing arm covers - first layer Carbon (black fabric) + additional layers of Kevlar-Carbon). 
Why Carbon design? - For fans of Carbon. Low weight and hardness. In this embodiment, we place extreme emphasis on the surface and visible layer so as to stand out preferably carbon cloth. Suitable for show bikes. Highly polished. Parts also don’t need any paint. On the frame, swing-arm, engine and some small covers by using multiple layers of carbon and kevlar-carbon we achieved extreme hardness of the product.

Kevlar-Carbon

Para-aramid fiber whose properties are high abrasion resistance. These products consist of a transparent gelcoat, Kevlar fabric, which is carbon-laced (Kevlar-Carbon) against yellow-black color products. There is also used different kind of resin than fiberglass. In this embodiment, we place extreme emphasis on the surface and visible layer so as to stand out preferably carbon cloth. Suitable for show bike. Highly polished. Parts don’t need any paint. This material is used on reinforcements in exposed places in our products.
Why Kevlar-Carbon finish? - For those who want to be different! The components are lightweight, stronger and least susceptible to abrasion of any kind.
